If your first concern is having your investment transported safely and efficiently in enclosed trailers, you have found the right company.  We do not claim to be the least expensive motorcycle transport company.  Although, we do claim to be the best.

We understand not everyone has the time needed to ride out to his or her favorite motorcycling destination. Wolff & Company, LLC was created to cater to the motorcyclists or group of motorcyclists that wish to experience events like Daytona Bike Week, Myrtle Beach Bike Week, ride the Tail of the Dragon or perhaps cruise the Black Hills of South Dakota during Sturgis but doesn't have the riding time or time off needed to get there and back. We all wish we could though! 

Your motorcycle is transported by Wolff & Company, LLC and we DO NOT hire sub-contractors. Sub-contractors use independent trucking companies to transport your bike that could mean spending time in a warehouse or yard for shipment.  Wolff & Company staff will load your valuable motorcycle and bring it directly to your destination.  Your motorcycle is never left unattended and always securely locked and alarmed within our trailer.

Our fully enclosed, fully insured trailers were outfitted for the sole purpose of transporting motorcycles in the safest environment possible. We only haul motorcycles and nothing else!  Wolff & Company, LLC is fully insured with Nationwide Insurance of America for cargo and liability. Many companies claim to have insurance! Trailer insurance covers the trailer and in most cases limited coverage for the contents. Wolff & Company, LLC carries full Commercial Cargo Insurance for the value of your bike and we always are willing to provide documentation or will connect you with our Nationwide Insurance Agent to ask any questions you may have. We feel .... honest companies have nothing to hide. 

Our mission is to provide safe, secure and on time transport of your valuable motorcycle to your destination. Wolff & Company, LLC prides itself on the outstanding customer service we provide to our clients. This is why customers use Wolff & Company, LLC year after year. Its not unusual for us to sell out a destination months or a year in advance.

We have very flexible arrival and departures that work within your specific travel itinerary.  We will make arrangements to meet you at your convenience. In some cases this means a late arrival into an airport or a possible delayed flight. We understand and you won't need to worry.  Just call the contact number provided and we'll adjust our schedule to be there when you are. It's not uncommon for our clients to arrive and depart on different days or times … don't worry, we will make adjustments and work within your dates and times. 

Loading & Load out (at home)

Your time is valuable and weather, especially in winter month's is unpredictable  … this makes getting your bike to us for loading sometimes very difficult … that's why we offer at home pick up and drop off service before and after your trip. In most cases this service is at no charge but in some cases additional fees may apply. Ask for details. 

Loading of your motorcycle can be arranged to suit your schedule. If needed, we can pick up your bike weeks in advance or as little as hours prior to departure. 

Customer Service

Many companies talk quite a bit about customer service but sometimes they don't live up to their promises. At Wolff & Company, LLC you can count on us to exceed your expectations.

As motorcycles are off-loaded at your destination, we give your bike a quick detail and if needed a wash .... so all you need to do is ride! We always have detail supplies, wax and cleaning products on hand if you'd like to spruce up your bike on your own.

We always have an assortment of cold drinks available upon your arrival and light snacks. If you'd like something special just ask! We know that flying on some airlines is equal to riding in a cattle hauler. If we transported any baggage or helmets, you can expect them to be ready with your bike. 

Convenience

Your bike is transported with fluids and battery intact; no need to crate or palletize. 

On the Road Rider Assistance

At several destinations Wolff & Company staff remain in the area. In the event of a mechanical problem with your motorcycle, just call the contact number provided and we will make arrangements to pick you and your bike up and bring it to the nearest dealer or at the very least get you back on the trailer for the ride home.
